Shipping Policy
- SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
We aim to ship and deliver your order within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are 7 euros. We aim to wrap all ordered products in a sustainable way and with care for a safe shipment.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
If you would like to order outside of the Netherlands please get in touch with us! You can send your requests to contact@regina-rotterdam.com so we can find the right shipment method for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return online and in-store purchases within 10 days after buying with the original receipt. It is not possible to return sale items unless the item is defective or damaged. If you want to return an item please send a email first to contact@regina-rotterdam.com. The shipping costs and risks for returning are the responsibility of the buyer. You can always return items for free in the store. The products you want to return must be in unused and undamaged condition, including all packaging. Wrap your products well before sending.
